Abstract:
PURPOSE:To ensure the degree of cleanness of gas in the inside of the titled device by providing a gas flow guide to improve the effect of dust catching remarkably. CONSTITUTION:An upper/lower couple of strip-shaped gas flow guide plates 6, 6 leading the gas flow generate attended with the rotation of a magnetic disc 5 to the gas flow flowing part of a filter 7 effectively are arranged in the casing 9. A tip part 6a of the upper/lower couple of gas flow guide plates 6, 6 is arranged in nearly parallel with each of the upper/lower disc faces of the disc 5 and near them vertically and the base end side part of each gas flow guide late 6, 6 is arranged at a position leading the gas flow to the gas flow flowing part of the filter 7 smoothly. Then both the guide plates 6, 6 are fixed to the casing 9 via a barrier 8 at its end. Thus, the volume of the gas flow passing through the filter 7 is increased rapidly and the catching effect of dust is improved remarkably.
