Abstract:

To improve large width motor output being higher in ψa (a magnetic flux of a rotor magnet) than a conventional samarium magnet, by manufacturing an anisotropic rare earth permanent magnet having high coercive force and high residual magnetic flux density, by manufacturing an anisotropic replaceable spring magnet.

The present invention manufactures a rapid cooling ribbon in a magnetic field by having a magnetic circuit for impressing a magnetic field of 1T or more on a rapid cooling part in a liquid rapid cooling solidification device, and is also provided with the anisotropic rare earth permanent magnet having the rapid cooling ribbon manufactured by rapidly cooling the replaceable spring magnet having an internal structure of a finely dispersed hard magnetic phase and soft magnetic phase in the magnetic field by using the liquid rapid cooling solidification device in the magnetic field, and aligning a magnetization easy shaft of the hard magnetic phase inside the rapid cooling ribbon in one direction.
