Abstract:
PURPOSE:To fix a magnetic head on a moving base precisely and securely by adjusting the position of the magnetic head held by a carriage, by adjusting the positions of the carriage and moving base mutually. CONSTITUTION:A magnetic head 5a is positioned at a spring 6a and joined by being bonded or pressed into the spring. One terminal of the spring 6a is positioned at an upper arm 8a and joined. Then, the left spring 7a of an arm 8a is positioned and fixed to the pedestal 10a of an upper carriage 9a. The upper carriage 9a is fixed temporarily to the fitting surface 19a of a car truck 20, and a both-sided floppy driver is held in readiness for reading; and fine position shifts of accurate position dimensions in three directions around the center of rotation of a medium 2 are detected by the electromagnetic converting mechanism of the magnetic head 5a, and this controlled variables are fed back to the upper carriage 9a to move the upper carriage 9a to a normal position. Then, a screw 17 is turned up for fixation.
