PURPOSE: To provide a high satd. magnetic flux density and to improve a wear resistance characteristic by using a "Permalloy" core wherein the content of Ta in a ternary alloy consisting of Ni, Fe and Ta is regulated in a specific range.

CONSTITUTION: The content of Ta in a ternary alloy of Ni-Fe-Ta is regulated to a range of about ≥1.5wt% and <3wt% in order to obtain "Permalloy" maintaining a high magnetic flux and good processability as well as excellent wear resistance. The multielement "Permalloy" consisting of the 4-element alloy formed by adding slightly Nb to the ternary alloy of Ni-Fe-Ta as well as the 5- element alloy added slightly with Nb and Ti improves additionally the wear resistance.
