To provide a magnetic material recovery device that recovers magnetic materials as much as possible at a time with a compact configuration without adopting extra components, and a magnetic material recovery system equipped with the magnetic material recovery device.
A shaft-shaped suction member 100b is moved along a cylindrical support shaft 100c in a casing 110 by compressed air from a control device 200. When the shaft-shaped suction member 100b is positioned inside a non-magnetic cylindrical member 110b, magnetic powders are sucked through the non-magnetic cylindrical member 110b and made to adhere to the outer peripheral surface thereof under the magnetic actions of respective permanent magnets 175 of the shaft-shaped suction member 100b, and when the shaft-shaped suction member 100b is moved into a magnetic cylindrical member 110a, suction against the magnetic powders is released by a peripheral wall of the magnetic cylindrical member 110a to fall off the magnetic powders.
