Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic material consisting of a molding of soft magnetic alloy particles and capable of enhancing mechanical strength, and to provide a coil component using the same.SOLUTION: The magnetic material consists of a particle molding 1 of metal particles 11 having an oxide layer 12. The metal particles 11 are composed of an Fe-Si-Cr based soft magnetic alloy. The adjoining metal particles 11 in the particle molding 1 are bonded each other by the bonds of the oxide layer 12. At least a part of the bonds 12 of the oxide layers 12 consists of a crystalline oxide, and at least a part of the bond 22 consisting of an oxide is suitably grating-coupled continuously. The coil component using the magnetic material as an element assembly is also provided.
