Abstract:
To provide a magnetic member having superior magnetic characteristics.
A magnetic member 1 is provided with an axis element 200, containing metal and a core element 110 attached to the axis element 220 through solid-state diffusion in relation to the axis element 220 containing soft magnetic particle. The core element will obtain improvement in high-frequency characteristics, because it contains soft magnetic particles, and the core element will be free of strains by undergoing solid-state diffusion in relation to the axis element.
