Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the dispersibility, wear resistance and heat resistance of magnetic powder, by using a binder consisting of a specific ternary copolymer, acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer and trifunctional low-molecular weight isocyanate.
CONSTITUTION: A binder is composed of a copolymer of 200W600 polymerization degree consisting of 70W80wt% vinyl chloride, 1W25wt% vinyl propionate and 5W20wt% vinyl alcohol, a mixture of acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymer of ≥ and <10,000 molecular weight, and trifunctional low-molecular weight isocyanate.
