PURPOSE: To execute the loading of a cassette and a magnetic tape in a short time by a simple constitution and to execute exactly the positioning by fitting a recessed part formed on one part and a projecting part formed on the other part, and locking a cassette substrate to a substrate.

CONSTITUTION: When the cassette substrate 3 or the substrate 1 is moved relatively, an arm 31 and an arm 35 turn clockwise and counterclockwise, respectively, and the magnetic tape 18 is drawn out. A link mechanism presses upward moving bases 9 and 10, respectively, the magnetic tape 15 is wound roughly symmetrically to a rotary head cylinder 2 and when a cassette 19 has been moved to a musical performance position, the arm 31 turns clockwise, therefore, a pinch roller 33 contacts with pressure the magnetic tape 18 to a capstan 4. As the magnetic tape 18 runs, gears 24, 25 rotate together, and the rotation is transferred to the reel base 15 of a winding reel. In this case, a pin 44 being a projecting part fixed to one end of a plate 41 is fitted into holes 45, 46 being recessed parts formed on the cassette substrate 3.
