Abstract:
To provide a magnetic reduction gear that is prevented from upsizing in an axial direction.SOLUTION: A magnetic reduction gear has: a base portion; a rotor supporting a first permanent magnet in which different polarities are alternately arranged in a circumferential direction, and which are rotatably supported with respect to the base portion; a magnetic supporting portion supporting a second permanent magnet, concentrically supported with the first permanent magnet, in which different polarities alternately arranged in a circumferential direction; and a soft magnetic material supporting portion supporting a plurality of soft magnetic materials along the circumferential direction between the first permanent magnet and the second permanent magnet, and bing in non-contact with the rotor and the magnetic supporting portion. One of the magnetic supporting portion and the soft magnetic material supporting portion can perform a relative rotation with respect to the base portion, the other of the magnetic supporting portion and the soft magnetic material supporting portion cannot perform the relative rotation with respect to the base portion. The magnetic reduction gear has first and second sensors respectively facing the first and the second permanent magnets at a position apart from an axial center of rotation of the rotor to the outside in a radial direction, and for detecting a rotation phase difference between the rotor and the magnetic supporting portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
