Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simplify analysis of biochemistry information in a manner such that there is provided changing means for changing checkered positions which partition a region of interesting in accordance with an existing position of a target of which biochemistry direction is to be measured on a magnetic resonance image, thereby enabling the position of the region of interesting to be optionally set in accordance with the existing position of the measurement target.
CONSTITUTION: An RF transmitter 9 and an inclined magnetic field controller 6 are driven, magnetic resonance signals from a subject are collected by an RF receiver 10, the collected signals are reconstructed by a memory device 11, a magnetic regsonance image is formed and the image is displayed on a display 13. The checkered region of interesting is displayed by inputting a display command of the region of interesting(ROI) by an input device 14. It is recognized that the measurement target exists on a plurality of regions of interesting from the picture screen and a command to move the position of the region of interesting and a command to determine the size of the region of interesting are inputted. After changing the region of interesting and size by an ROI setting section 12a, a spectroscopic imaging is performed and the collected data is displayed on the display 13.
