Title:
MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING METHOD AND DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3287416
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To automatically detect tagging patterns by using a pulse and a gradient sequence in a pair together with the spatially different tagging patterns, and causing the image corresponding to the pair to be subtracted to form a tagged image.
CONSTITUTION: A gradient sequence comprises a tagging part producing tagging patterns and an imaging part producing a magnetic resonance signal in a part of a subject. The resonance signal is used to produce at least one image of the subject, and the action of part of the subject to be imaged is monitored by applying a pulse and the gradient sequence to the subject. The pulse and the gradient sequence are used in a pair together with the spatially different tagging patterns, and an image corresponding to the pair is subtracted so as to form a tagged image. Therefore the tagging patterns are detected automatically.
