Abstract:

PURPOSE: To strengthen the magnetic force of a desired magnetic pole by providing a shaft at the eccentric position of a magnet and arranging the shaft so that magnetic volume at a pole part where strong magnetic force is required may be maximum.
CONSTITUTION: The shaft A is positioned in the magnet M so that it may be arranged at the eccentric position that the magnetic volume at the pole where the maximum magnetic force is required is maximum. In the case the shaft A is a magnetic substance, it is consecutively molded by an insert extrusion molding method by using a magnetic field orientation die provided with a crosshead designed so that the shaft A may be disposed in such positional relation that the magnetic force of the pole where the maximum magnetic force is required is maximum considering a magnetic circuit constituted of the magnet and the shaft A. As to another method, only a bonding magnet is worked to be a long-sized substance by the extrusion molding method and magnetized after specified processing, then stuck to the outer peripheral surface of the shaft previously cut to specified length.
