Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic sensor requiring only the pattern of one type conductor part for a plurality of meander-shaped elements having different extending directions of extension parts.SOLUTION: A first element 11 is a meander-shaped element formed by connecting a plurality of first extension parts 11a extended in a Y direction and arranged at an interval in a X direction. A second element 12 is a meander-shaped element formed by connecting a plurality of second extension parts 12a extended in the X direction and arranged at an interval in the Y direction. At least one of the first element 11 and the second element 12 is a magnetoresistive effect element exhibiting a magnetoresistive effect. A conductor part 14 is connected between the first extension parts 11a or between the second extension parts 12a, which are faced at the interval. The conductor part 14 is a square having a first side 14a extended in the X direction and a second side 14b extended in the Y direction. A length L1 of the first side is larger than an interval T1, and a length L2 of the second side is larger than an interval T2.
