Title:
MAGNETIC SENSOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH10246650
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

To obtain a magnetic sensor which reduces the generation of the fatal damage of an electronic component due to an external load by a method wherein the axial line in the long direction of the electronic component near a connector is arranged substantially at right angles to the axial line in the long direction of a base.

For example, during the housing operation into a case of an electronic circuit body 22, a large load is applied to the end part of the electronic circuit body 22. In this case, a large bending moment is applied to the root part of a base 23 on the side of a connector 2, and a crack 18 may be generated in a direction crossing the base 23. Since the axial line B in the log direction of an electronic component 9B is arranged substantially at right angles to the axial line C in the long direction of the base 23, a frequency that the crack 18 is passed through the electronic component 9B is reduced, and the generation frequency of the damage (the chip break) of the electronic component 9B is reduced. In addition, the crack 18 which is passed through the electronic component 9B may be generated. In this case, the electronic component 9B is deformed in its short direction, its deformation amount is small as compared with that in conventional cases, a bending stress to the electronic component 9B is reduced, and the electronic component 9B is hard to damage.
