Abstract:
To provide a magnetic substrate that can improve the manufacturing yield of a magnetism-applied product by simplifying the manufacturing process of the product, and at the same time, can improve the magnetic characteristics of the product and has superior weather resistance.
This magnetic substrate is manufactured by laminating a magnetic material 106 upon one surface, both surfaces, or at least the partial end faces of a heat-resistant resin sheet 107 with weight reduction by 5% from that at room temperature, when the sheet 107 is heated to a temperature (Td5) of ≥300°C, in an air or heat-treating the laminate at the heat-treating temperature of the magnetic material 106.
