Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a magnetic thin film transformer employing a spiral coil in which the electromotive force to be induced and the coupling coefficient are increased by suppressing the damaged part of secondary coil.
CONSTITUTION: Assuming the angle defined by the starting point 16 of a primary coil, the central part 17 of the coil, and the starting point 20 is θ, the starting points 18, 20 of the primary and secondary coils are set to satisfy the following relationship; 0°≤θ≤90°.
