Abstract:
To provide a magnetization device capable of speedily performing cooling without reducing a cubic volume of an iron core.SOLUTION: A magnetization device comprises: an iron core 4 disposed at a position proximate to a rotor that is a magnetization object; a coil slot 45 formed in the iron core 4; a magnetization head 46 which is a portion between two through holes 45a and 45b constituting the coil slot 45 in the iron core 4; and a coil which is wound around the magnetization head 46 by being inserted into the through holes 45a and 45b. An upper cooling plate 61 in which a cooling water passage 64 where cooling water flows is formed is provided in a clearance part 48a between an end face of the magnetization head 46 in a thickness direction and the coil. The cooling water passage 64 includes a section which reciprocates in a radial direction orthogonal to an extension direction of the coil 5 in the clearance part 48a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
