Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve the heat resistance of a magnetizing yoke and to improve durability, by using polyimide resin as a resin for insulating the yoke and copper wires.
CONSTITUTION: As a resin for insulating a yoke 1 and copper wires 2, polyimide resin 3 is used. The polyimide resin 3 has high heat resistance temperature of 260W400°C and approximately the same mechanical strength, thermal expansion coefficient and volume resistivity as those of epoxy resin. The polyimide resin is most adequate for insulating the magnetizing yoke. When, the polyimide resin 3 is used for insulating the yoke 1 and the conductor wires 2 in this way, the magnetizing yoke having more excellent durability than that of a conventional magnetizing yoke can be formed.
