Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetron which can reduce a thickness of cylinder for constituting an anode while improving heat resistance, and increase thermal stability and a lifetime and reduce the cost of production.
SOLUTION: This magnetron is of cylinder shape having a plurality of vanes provided radially inside the wall to constitute the anode at inner periphery thereof and is disposed around a cathode. The cylinder of the anode has inner diameter 40-43 mm and a thickness below 2.8 mm.
