A cold cathode discharge lamp 4 formed into loop shape is arranged along a holding part 2 holding a lens 5, and the cold cathode discharge lamp 4 is fitted into a plurality of ring-shaped shock absorbing members 7 made of synthetic resin which is arranged at equal intervals, and the cold cathode discharge lamp 4 is held at a holding part 2 through the shock absorbing member 7.
