Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve processability of mayenite-based materials.SOLUTION: A mayenite composite material contains (A) an oxide and (B) a metal binder. The (A) oxide has electron conductivity and a mayenite structure, and is represented by the general formula (1) defined by [ATO].(2+δ/2)X, where A is Sror Ca; T is Alonly, or is mainly Alwith some of Alsubstituted with Si, Ga, Zn, or P; Xis selected from the group consisting of O, S, O, 2OH, 2F, 2Cl, 2O, 2O, 2H, and 2e(electron); and σ is 8 or less. The (B) metal binder comprises elements selected from the group consisting of Ti, Ni, Fe, Cr, Co, W and Mo.
