Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an incoming call management system capable of appropriately editing a black list or a white list even when an object person is unfamiliar with an operation in the case of receiving a telephone call from a caller to the object person, and managing the telephone incoming call of the object person, so as to efficiently prevent any inappropriate telephone call to the object person.SOLUTION: The incoming call management system includes: incoming means 19 for receiving a telephone incoming call to an object person; a storage device 29 for storing black lists 24 and 26 or white lists 27 and 28; processing means 21 for, when the incoming call is received by the incoming means 19, determining the presence/absence of transfer to the object person to perform processing on the basis of the black slits 24 and 26 or the white lists 27 and 28; and input/output means 42 for enabling the edition of the black lists 24 and 26 or the white lists 27 and 28 via an information terminal 9 of a monitoring person who monitors the incoming call to a caller.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
