Abstract:
To provide a main spindle attachment adjusting device which can use a usual attachment as it is and can change the attachment in an arbitrary direction by utilization of rotation of a main spindle, and a machine tool.SOLUTION: A main spindle attachment direction adjusting device 30 is installed on a machine tool 1 having a main spindle head 11, which rotatably supports a main spindle 10, and a lock block 13 which is located on the main spindle head 11. A shank part 21 is connected to the main spindle 10, and a lock pin 24 adjusts a direction of an angle head 20, which is engaged with the lock block 13, around the main spindle 10. Thus, this device has: a block holder 31 which supports the lock block 13, is supported on the main spindle head 11, and can be turned around the main spindle 10; a holder fixation mechanism 36 which can fix the block holder 31 to the main spindle head 11 at an arbitrary position around the main spindle 10; and a connection mechanism 35 which connects the block holder 31 and the main spindle 10 so that both are integrally rotated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
