Abstract:
PURPOSE:To shorten the warming time to the min. value without applying an excessive thermal stress to a main steam control valve chest, in the warming time of the steam control valve chest. CONSTITUTION:The chest of a main staem control valve 4 is warmed up by alternately opening/closing a main steam stop valve 3 for the supply/stop of the steam for warning, or its sub-valve and a main steam stop valve part sheet rear drain part 10 for drain discharge, and when the control valve chest metal temperature variation rate becomes larger than the first set value, the main steam stop valve or the sub-valve is closed, while if the temperature variation rate becomes smaller than the second set value smaller than the first set value, a steam drain valve is opened.
