This maintenance part management device 10 stores part information registered with unique information of the part 130 in a management information storage part 20, acquires unique information stored in an IC tag 131 of the part 130 to collate it with the part information when an open status of a door in the information processing device is notified by a door status monitoring means 140, updates the part information for matching the part information and the unique information mutually, and transmits the updated part information to a maintenance management server 2 when a door close status is notified by the door status monitoring means 140. When fault information is notified by a fault detection means 160, a fault-suspected part, in which occurrence of a fault is suspected, is determined, the part information of the fault-suspected part is extracted, and the fault information and the part information about the fault-suspected part is transmitted to the maintenance management server 2.
