PURPOSE: To minimize the adverse effect due to thermal interference between an electrolytic capacitor, a fan and a heating component to be cooled by providing one module with a handle means for quickly replacing a component by removing the fixing screws in a box thereby replacing the component, requiring periodical replacement, without requiring individual replacement.
CONSTITUTION: Components to be replaced periodically, e.g. an electrolytic capacitor 9, a fan 8, a fuse stack 7, etc. are collected at one position and integrated to form a module 5. The module 5 can be replaced with a new one by removing the fixing screws 11 in a box and moving the module 5 integrally using a handle 14 for quick replacement. Since individual replacement is not required, the component requiring periodical replacement can be replaced in a short time and the periodic work is facilitated and rationalized.
