Title:
MAJORITY COMPUTING ELEMENT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH06266862
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide a majority computing element capable of reducing the number of parts and cost, improving reliability and changing the contents of operation without changing the structure of hardware.

CONSTITUTION: Input signals V1 to V3 are inputted to an operational amplifier 5 respectively through input resistors 3a to 3c and a setting signal VS is inputted to the amplifier 5 through an input resistor 4. The input signals V1 to V3 are pulled up to H volt through pull-up resistors 6a to 6c and the setting signal VS can be optionally set up in a range from 0 volt up to +V volt through a variable resistor 7. The output of the amplifier 5 is connected to a protecting Zener diode 8, an output resistor 9 and a diode 10 and limited to a range from 0 volt up to Zener voltage VZD. The output is connected to the base of a transistor(TR) 11 and the colletor and emitter of the TR 11 are respectively connected to an output VO and 0 volt.
