Abstract:
To provide a makeup or care composition having excellent cosmetic characteristics as well as subbing-off resistance.
The objective composition free from subbing-off problem contains an elastomeric organopolysiloxane and a fat phase containing at least one kind of oil volatile at room temperature. The composition is especially a makeup or care composition for lip or a makeup foundation composition for human face and body. The composition has mild action, is easily spreadable without giving sticky feeling and prevent the drying of the skin and lip.
