PURPOSE: To cheaply obtain a strap which has high durability, excellent safety at its being put on, and high appearance quality, by a method wherein the end part of an electrode conductor previously providing a marginal part for cutting, is exposed to the outside at the end face of a strap main body, and at that state, the strap is insertion molded, following which the end part is cut at the marginal part in the inner part of the strap.

CONSTITUTION: An end part 5 provided for inserting and fixing an electrode conductor 2 into a correct position in a metallic mold has a positioning opening 15 in which a pin in the metallic mold is engaged, and thus the electrode conductor 2 is correctly inserted into the metallic mold at two positions of a connecting electrode 4 and the positioning opening 15. After that, after a two-liquid reaction type of silicone rubber or polyurethane rubber or thermoplastic elastomer is injection filled and a strap main body 1 is molded, the end part 5 is cut out at a marginal part 6 for cutting and a strap is formed. At this time, since the marginal part 6 is provided at the inner part of an end face 11 of the strap main body, the strap with a good appearance and with high safety at its being put on, is obtained.
