Abstract:
PURPOSE:To prevent the damage of an article due to an automatic mechanism at the normal operation time and an automatic mechanism itself by detecting the malfunction by the test drive of the automatic mechanism. CONSTITUTION:When a CPU30 itself is energized by a power source, it initializes, and an abnormal detection (test drive) for performing one reciprocation at a low speed next to the initialization, and when a malfunction is detected by this malfunction detection, the motor is stopped at that time, the malfunction display lamp of a detector 40 is fired to display the malfunction stopping position, but if normal, the test drive of one reciprocation is finished, and returned to the home position. Then, it is advanced to the pulse motor drive control of the normal operation mode.
