Title:
MALFUNCTION PREVENTING DEVICE FOR SWITCHING CIRCUIT OF LINEAR MOTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3406886
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a malfunction preventing device, which prevents the malfunction of the switching circuit of a linear motor caused by magnetic fluxes generated from sensing magnets attached to a mover and the permanent magnets of the mover.
SOLUTION: A malfunction preventing device prevents the malfunction of the switching circuit of a linear motor caused by magnetic fluxes generated from permanent magnets attached to a mover. The device is constituted of sensing magnets 5, attached to one side face of a mover carrying a plurality of attached permanent magnets in the lengthwise direction, a large number of Hall sensors which interrupt electric currents flowing to many armature coils by opening/closing a switching circuit 20 upon detecting magnetic fluxes generated from the sensing magnets 5, and a dummy sensing magnet 10 which is set up on one end side of the sensing magnets 5, with its polarities inverted from those of the magnets 5, and prevents the magnetic fluxes generated from the permanent magnets from moving to the Hall sensors.
