Abstract:
To provide a malt-fermented beverage that achieves further improvement while reducing a purine content (for example, a malt-fermented beverage having a taste worthy of the beer-taste beverage with unfit smells reduced).SOLUTION: A malt-fermented beverage has a malt ratio of 10 mass% or more, a purine content of less than 2.0 mg/100 ml, and a raw wort extract concentration of 5.0 mass% or more and contains acetaldehyde and isoamyl alcohol, with the ratio [(Y)/(X)] of the isoamyl alcohol content (Y) (unit: mass ppm) to the acetaldehyde content (X) (unit: mass ppm) being 4.0-70.0.SELECTED DRAWING: None
