PURPOSE: To enable infants and users handicapped with their feet to easily get on/off a footboard regardless of weather by relaxing moving speed for users getting on/off a space between an entrance and the footboard by an auxilairy conveyor which is reduced in speed with respect to the speed of a footboard adjacent to the end section of the footboard.

CONSTITUTION: When each user who has boarded on a footboard 6, gets off out of the footboard 6 of an upper section at the exit of an upper story via auxiliary conveyor 1, since the relative speed of the moving speed of the footboard 6 against the moving speed of the auxiliary conveyor 1 is reduced by means of the belt 2 of the auxiliary conveyor 1 which is driven for example, at a half speed against the moving speed of 30m/sec of the footboard 6, impact applied to the feet of each user can thereby be relaxed when he moves to the auxiliary conveyor 1. Similarly, impact applied to the feet can be relaxed when he moves to the auxiliary conveyor 1 from the footboard 6 at the exit on the lower story side of a truss. By this constitution, even infants and users handicapped with their feet can easily get on/off regardless of weather.
