Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management correspondence protection face for heat input and temperature between passes capable of thoroughly and surely realizing the management for heat input and temperature between passes by a temperature choke, by always accompanying the temperature choke with a protection face for welding and thereby always allowing a welding worker to have the temperature choke close to him and enabling to enhance the portability thereof, and capable of easily using the temperature choke, without causing any trouble in the normal welding work, and capable of contributing in the improvement of convenience and welding quality.
SOLUTION: In the protection face for welding, an observation window 3 with a light-proofing plate is provided in the roughly center position of a protection face body 1a which comprises a fire-resistant plate material, and a face of the welding worker is protected from the welding light and welding sputter. In the protection face, temperature choke holding parts 8 and 9 for detachably and attachably holding temperature chokes 15 and 17 for managing the heat input and temperature between passes are provided either position on the front face or the back face of the protection face body 1.
