To improve fault management and performance management of Web services by efficiently recognizing/analyzing relations between services and flow dependencies in a composite Web service.

In a server 100 for service management, a service constitution analysis part 103 analyzes definition information such as a BPEL wherein the task flow of the composite Web service is defined, and divides the composite Web service into respective primitive Web services and classifies two or more Web services being in a parallel relation by conditional branching in the task flow, into the same group and classifies tasks being not in a parallel relation in the task flow, into individual groups and furthermore analyzes flow dependencies between groups on the basis of the definition information, and a picture display part 108 sections a plurality of tasks into groups classified by the service constitution analysis part 103 and displays them, and displays flow dependencies between groups.
