Abstract:
To provide a management device that can improve convenience, and to provide a transportation system, a management method and a program.SOLUTION: A management device manages operation of a shipment transportation vehicle that autonomously travels the road without boarding a driver and includes a shipment storage part that is closed by a door part capable of opening and closing. The management device includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring a first image capturing a user who puts out a shipment from the storage part; and a determination unit for determining whether delivery of a shipment stored inside the storage part is normally completed on the basis of a result of observing a user's behavior based on the first image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
