Abstract:
To provide a management diagnostic apparatus and a management diagnostic method for automatically calculating and generating indexes of a frequency and required time of a staff operation having high correlation with performance etc. for each type of business, as a survey item, and executing the management diagnosis by using the indexes.SOLUTION: The management diagnostic apparatus according to the present invention for generating indexes used for management diagnosis and performing management diagnosis using the indexes, includes an input processing unit 11 for processing input data, an index processing unit 12a for generating and registering indexes on the basis of the processed data, and a storage unit 2 for storing the indexes. The index processing unit 12a associates a type of business of a user, a viewpoint of a survey, a survey item, a survey result, and an evaluation with each other as an index and registers the same in the storage unit 2 in which the user is required to select the survey item from a plurality of candidates matched with the user's business type and viewpoint of the survey.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
