Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management device etc. which can grasp collective movement of terminal devices.SOLUTION: A management device 26 includes: a position detection unit which detects each position of a plurality of terminal devices 11-1 to 11-3 on the basis of information in a storage device 25 which stores information which received by an MME device 21; and a clustering unit which, when a state in which two or more terminal devices exist in the same region satisfies a predetermined condition, classifies the two or more terminal devices into the same cluster, on the basis of the result of the detection by the position detection unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
