PURPOSE: To automatically notify a passenger of a fact that his baggage is put on a belt conveyor and to enable the passenger to easily confirm the location of his baggage by transmitting a signal showing the location of an ID tag device to a receiver terminal to notify the carrier of this terminal of the location of the tag device.

CONSTITUTION: A processing means 4 sets the correspondence between an ID tag device 1 attached to an object or person 2 and a portable receiver terminal 7 and detects the data 3 corresponding to the receiver 7 out of the device 1 emerging in a prescribed region. Based on the data 3, a fact that the device 1 emerged in the prescribed region is notified to the terminal 7 corresponding to the device 1. Meanwhile the means 4 stores the data 3 which are detected when the device 1 emerged in the prescribed region and periodically detects the data 3 out of the device 1 of the prescribed region to compare the detected data 3 with the data 3 stored previously. If no coincidence is confirmed between both data 3, this fact is notified to the receiver 7 corresponding to the device 1 included in the prescribed region.
