Stimulation conditions such as a frequency or pulse generation time, a suspending time, a rising time, a falling time are set to a computer 1, and the information is taken into the computer 1 to prepare a program stored with treatment conditions and treatment time over a long period of time. The stimulation conditions based on this program are stored in the memory of the therapeutic electrostimulator 3, and a waveform according to the stimulation condition is generated and supplied to the stimulation electrode 4 of the therapeutic electrostimulator 3. In addition, the computer 1 reads and stores all the treatment data such as treatment voltage, a treatment time, the number of times of treatment after treatment for a fixed period by the electrostimulator 3.
