Inside equipment 6 such as a ticket vending machine 2 and a fare adjuster 3, 1st and 2nd storage devices 9 and 10 are respectively provided. In the 1st storage device 9, data showing the number of vent tickets are stored as basic data in the case of the ticket vending machine 2, for example. In the 2nd storage device 10, the totaled data working and summing up the contents of data, which show the number of tickets vent within arbitrary time, stored in the 1st storage device 9 are stored at the ticket vending machine 2, for example. When a host computer 8 requests data requiring quickness such as the number of tickets vent at the ticket vending machine 2, for example, the basic data stored in the 1st storage device 9 at the ticket vending machine 2 are transferred to the host computer 8.
