The atmospheric pressure in the corridor zone (C) is kept higher than that in the specific zone (S), and the atmospheric pressure in the management target zone (M) is kept higher than that in the corridor zone (C). A mechanism for detecting whether or not an entering person wears an infection prevention item is provided between the outside of the building and the specific zone (S). A mechanism for detecting whether or not the body temperature of the entering person is normal, a mechanism for injecting air shower with which a bactericide is mixed with respect to the entering person and a mechanism for detecting the execution of hand washing by the entering person are provided in the specific zone (S). A pass box including a microbicidal function is provided between the specific zone (S) and the corridor zone (C).
