PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set or the change and register a desired separate terminal device to each channel selection button of a channel selecting device that is installed, to easily perform line connection to a separate terminal device.
SOLUTION: This device is provided with a speech communicating means 11A, that is connected to a separate terminal device via speaking lines L1 and L2, an image displaying means 11E which shows identification information of the separate terminal device, a selection operating means 11D which selects desired identification information among identification information shown on the means 11E, a channel-selecting device 12 having a channel selecting operation means, which is respectively installed on plural separate terminal devices and designates the connection between a corresponding separate terminal device and the means 11A and a memory means 11C, which registers the position information of a channel selection operation means 12D selected by the device 12, when the desired identification information is selected by the means 11D together with the desired identification information. Here, the identification information of the corresponding separate terminal device is read from the means 11C with the operation of the means 12D, and a separate terminal device specified by the identification information is connected to the means 11A via the lines L1 and L2.
