Title:
MANCHESTER ENCODING MACHINE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3487228
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize an encoding machine that converts NRZ code data into an accurate Manchester code data which do not include hazards in spite of a small circuit area.
SOLUTION: A 1st flip-flop 11 latches NRZ code data by a 1st clock, to generate noninverting output data and inverting output data. Then a 2nd flip-flop 13 latches Manchester code data which include hazards selected and outputted by a selector circuit 12 with a 2nd clock with a phase different from that of the 1st clock and with a frequency twice that of the 1st clock to output Manchester code data which do not include hazards.
