Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a manicure liquid which is excellent in the aspects of health and hygiene by using egg shells which are disposed of in large quantities.SOLUTION: A manicure liquid contains an aqueous emulsion as an organic binder and a supernatant liquid of a liquid mixture obtained by mixing a calcined powder of an egg shell in water. There is no need to make the manicure liquid contain an organic solvent such as toluene and acetone, which makes it possible to solve the problems of an irritating smell, health and the like due to the organic solvent. In addition, the calcined powder of an egg shell has antibacterial and mildew-proof effects, and therefore it serves as a preservative and can keep the nail on which the manicure liquid has been applied hygienic by the antibacterial and mildew-proof effects. Furthermore, an egg shell can be used efficiently, and the calcined powder of an egg shell is easily and stably available at a low price.SELECTED DRAWING: None
