The manifold joint 10 is used for connecting a horizontal branch drain pipe and a drain riser 2 installed of an upper story to a drain riser 2 of a lower story, and comprises an upper socket 22 formed on the top end of a body section 11 to be connected with the drain riser of the upper story, a lower socket 11x formed on the bottom end of the body to be connected with the drain riser 2 of the lower story, a socket pipe 28 connected with the side face of the body 11 through a connecting mechanism 28f and horizontal pipe sockets 28u, 28c formed in the socket pipe 28 to be connected with the horizontal branch drain pipes. The connecting mechanism 28f connects the body 11 and the socket pipe 28 watertightly, and the socket pipe 28 can be separated from the body 11.
