PURPOSE: To achieve the miniaturization and wt. reduction of a manual operation type capsule manufacturing device, to smooth the operation of a nozzle plunger and to reduce the length of the nozzle plunger to enhance sealing accuracy.

CONSTITUTION: A coating agent receiving chamber 29, a piston insertion hole 33 and a plunger insertion hole 45 having a valve seat 45a formed to the lower end part thereof are provided to the valve main body fixed to a portable stand 11 and a check valve 31 is provided to the pipeline communicating a coating agent tank with the coating agent receiving chamber 29, and a nozzle plunger 49 having a pressure receiving surface 50 is inserted in the plunger insertion hole 45 and the pressure piston 35 inserted in the piston insertion hole 33 is pivotally provided to the intermediate part of the manual operation lever handle energizing the valve seat 45a in a closing direction and pivotally provided to the valve main body at one end thereof.
