Title:
MANUAL PRECOMPRESSION PUMP FOR SPRAYING LIQUID AND DISPENSING ASSEMBLY EQUIPPED WITH THE PUMP
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2809605
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a satisfactory spray of liquid by employing a constitution in which a precompression chamber is on the extended line of a pumping chamber, the liquid contained in the pumping chamber flows directly into the precompression chamber when an operating means is actuated.
SOLUTION: First, when an operating member 506 is pushed to start a pump, air in a main body 503 is compressed, the surface 506b of the operating member 506 contacts the axis part 510 of the second piston 510 at a low position to be moved to a lower position, and a channel 550 for compressed air to escape through a dispensing channel 518 and a nozzle 520 is opened. When the pushing is stopped, a piston 507 is pushed up by a spring 509, the pressure of the main body 503 is reduced to open check valves 504a, 515, and a prescribed amount of liquid is pumped into the main body 503. When the main body 503 is filled with the liquid, the pressure of the main body 503 is increases rapidly by the pushing of the piston 507, the precompressing member 510 is moved to open a channel 550, and the liquid is led from a short dispensing passage 518 to a spray hole 521.
