Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce operation load by preventing overload to a link mechanism of a shift shaft and a transmission cable, providing a rigid feeling to the operation feeling of the shift shaft, and preventing interference between the shift shaft and peripheral components.
SOLUTION: When shifting a shift shaft 1 integrally formed on an operation lever 21 furthermore in a direction A after shifting, an abutting surface 6d of a shift arm 6 fixed to the shift shaft 1 abuts on rotation stoppers 5a of front right and left of a tilt regulating piece 5. When the shift shaft 1 is select operated furthermore in a direction B after shifting operation, one side end surface 5b of the tilt regulating piece 5 abuts on one side rim 2d of a through hole 2b of a holder 2. Since excessive shifting of the shift shaft 1 is regulated, overload is prevented from being applied to transmission mechanism components such as a shift cable 10 and a select cable 9, a rigid feeling is provided to the operation feeling of the shift shaft 1, and the shift shaft 1 does not interfere peripheral components. Thus, shift operation is performed with light operation force because the shift shaft 1 does not have to be designed short.
